A quick fix

Been fairly busy preparing for my entry to the drain. Car has been sold – sad… more update in a bit…

This has been my breakfast for the last 2+ months, everyday except for Sunday. I hope my cholesterol dipped a bit…

Have a good weekend.

  5. What happened, bro? Just a while ago you bought a new VW and became the CEO of Singapore and now you're eating porridge for two months? Are you ok? I'm worried. :(

  8. I thought it was green tea oats. You can always add some variety though. I can't stand taking that stuff everyday, instead I had an apple for once in a few days. It's refreshing :)Start taking home cooked food as well.. It helps a lot. I've started that as well.

  10. Wah.. salute! Anyway, my sis-in-law also has high cholesterol - she never eats egg yolks, santan or those fried stuff.. and she eats oats a lot. It didn't help her also. I guess sometimes cholesterol could be induced by stress. So, better get it checked if your oats breakfast doesn't seem to work. I'll be getting my blood test results in two days time. Keep fingers crossed.

Good luck with the drain, dude!
